The Fred Factor: This book is based on living a lifestyle of servant-hood. As you see from the cover it was written by Mark Sanborn who is an author and Professional Speaker. I would greatly suggest reading the Fred Factor to anyone. It is abundant on lessons that we learn from the story of a humble mail man who puts his all into everthing aspect of life. If you get a chance check it out!
